***NEW CLASS!***
Yoga&PLAY @ The Green Garden Child Development Center
6-week series evening class starting February 19th from 6pm-7pm. A class for Parents/caregivers to enjoy a relaxed flow of postures while your child(ren) play(s) safely nearby or practices yoga by your side.

A snack will be provided for children and a Green Garden teacher will be available to help with little ones who aren't feeling the yoga.

Yoga&PLAY
Donation based class held every Wednesday morning, 11AM, at the First United Methodist Church of Royal Oak (Please see map). A class for Parents/caregivers to enjoy a relaxed flow of postures while your child(ren) play(s) safely nearby or practices yoga by your side. Some rhymes and songs will be offered through out the class to encourage children's participation.

Classes held on the 3rd floor of the church (elevator access) in the preschool room.

Yoga at the Park

Prenatal Yoga
Seperate class to be scheduled based on demand. All pregnant women are welcome to join in on the other classes and can be accomadated. (Please bring extra towels/blankets/pillows)
Private Lessons
For a one-on-one session, which can be adapted to suit the individual needs and accomadate personal preferences, please contact me to discuss in further detail.

For a special occasion such as a lunchtime-break yoga at the office, birthday party, gift to the bride for a bachelorette party, mommy and me playdates, let your imagination go wild and contact me to discuss in further detail.
