coming sometime this summer, YOGA ART workshop!
I have been thinking about it for some time, just putting the vibe out there and can't wait to delve into this...
Sometime this summer when things are getting hot and steamy, say July or August, I will be holding a workshop for Yoga Art. Regiration in advance will be required so that the materials can be provided.
Have you ever had one of those experiences while practicing yoga, maybe a beautiful image crosses your minds eye or maybe from your practice you feel open and full of energy, inspired. Maybe you would like to explore some of your inner creativity...well this would be one way you could explore yourself.
The workshop will feature yoga asana with a focus on opening our creative centers to get the energy flowing as well as time for meditation. This will be followed by creative art exploration via paints/papers&glue/pastels/charcol/crayon etc. on canvas. To each their own but we can also have fun together.
